Warranty and Guarantee Information

aWe Guarantee that all products that we offer are original and of first quality represented by the brand name, including National and International products.
With the possibilty that a certain product or item is unavailable or not in stock , we contact the customer immediately with regards to the situation and either propose a change of the item or cancel the order and proceed to return the amount payed by the customer.
All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem with the manufacturer's warranty Tom Sagan will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item We guarantee, for up to 12 months, that golf clubs are not defective for habitual and regular use from the date of purchase, only when the product has not been disfigured or tampered with as an act of negligence.
RETURNS
We guarantee a 7 DAY RETURN POLICY from the order date. To begin the return process we ask the customer to send an email to central@tomsagan.com with the appropriate information needed.
The products must be NEW, UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION . All products will be inspected when returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. With this, we retain the right to validate the product or material, and during a returning period of 30 days. The material must be sent to Tom Sagan S.L and Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept products when shipping is not already payed.
Tom Sagan is only responsible for shipping costs when material or products arrive defective.
Package arrives damaged options:
Comminicate with the Courier Not accepting the damaged package
Accepting the package, indicate the damage, retain all proper paperwork needed, and within 24 hours contact Tom Sagan by email central@tomsagan.com
In the case that the product is damaged, customers have 7 working dias to return the item in its original state.
Tom Sagan is reponsible the for shipping cost within the 7 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when not returned in the allocated time.
